1. STOP - this is Emotional First Aid, where I teach you fast, simple tools to stop your anxiety and reactive habits in their tracks (procrastination, worry, fear, self-doubt, insecurity, spiraling, etc)

2. PREVENT - this is where we use specific scenarios from your real-time life experience and create a better-feeling state with those anxiety-producing situations, so you can create the outcome you actually want

3. EXPAND - this is where we write new stories of victory, peace and manifestation for your future and then help you embody it in order to meet your goals and actualize your dreams
